Job Title: IFA Administrator
Location: Bristol
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 (DOE)
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Wealth Management firm as part of their expanding Bristol hub. The business is moving to a regional support model, with Bristol becoming a key centre supporting advisers across the wider region.
They are looking to hire two IFA Administrators, ideally one with prior experience and one at a more entry level. This offers a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within financial services, as well as for an experienced administrator seeking a stable, well-structured environment.
The Role:
*Provide pre and post-sales administrative support to Financial Advisers
*Prepare client meeting packs, valuations, and supporting documentation
*Process new business applications in line with compliance procedures
*Liaise with clients, advisers, and product providers to progress cases
*Maintain accurate client and policy records on back-office systems
*Support adviser diaries, follow ups, and client service activities
*Assist with amendments, withdrawals, and policy updates as instructed
*Work collaboratively within a wider regional admin and paraplanning team
The Required Skills & Experience:
*Previous experience in an IFA or Financial Services administration role preferred
*Open to considering a trainee administrator with strong organisational skills
*High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
*Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
*Client-focused mindset with a professional approach
*Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
*Willingness to develop industry knowledge and qualifications
