Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ – Experienced)
Central Cheltenham
We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a small and friendly team in central Cheltenham. This role would suit either a Newly Qualified Solicitor looking to develop their career, or a more experienced Commercial Property Solicitor seeking a fresh opportunity in a supportive and modern working environment. Parking is available on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
*Handle commercial property sales and purchases
*Draft and negotiate leases, licences, and other commercial property documents
*Act for landlords, tenants, investors, and developers
*Manage commercial refinancing matters and liaise with lenders
*Advise on land acquisitions, disposals, and development matters
*Carry out due diligence, including title review and searches
*Prepare reports on title and lease obligations
*Support portfolio management for commercial clients
*Liaise with clients, agents, surveyors, lenders, and other legal professionals
*Manage files from instruction through to completion
*Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management procedures
What We’re Looking For:
NQ Solicitors:
*Strong interest in commercial property law
*Willingness to learn, develop, and take on responsibility with support
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
Experienced Solicitors:
*Proven experience running a commercial property caseload
*Ability to handle more complex matters independently
*Confidence in building and maintaining client relationships
