Customer Solutions Advisor
Location – East Manchester
Salary: Up to £28,000
Axon Moore are currently partnering with a leading Logistics business based in Trafford Park, looking to appoint a Customer Solutions Advisor, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring excellent customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
We are looking for a confident individual who can build and maintain external relationships who is also experienced in a similar role and possesses strong understanding of logistics and freight forwarding.
Daily Duties:
*Acting as the main contact for a portfolio of clients
*Managing logistics activity from quote to delivery, including tracking and issue resolution
*Liaising with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely service
*Monitoring service performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs
*Keeping clients informed on shipment progress, changes, and delays
*Handling customer queries and escalations professionally
*Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
*Identifying opportunities to improve service and support account growth
*Supporting new client onboarding and handover
*Attending client meetings, site visits, and Teams calls
About You:
*2 years’ + experience within a similar role
*A strong understanding of logistics processes within a freight forwarding environment
*Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
*The ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
*A customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on relationship management
*The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team
