This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer to join a supportive team and work on a varied caseload of property transactions.
The Role
As a Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer, you will:
*Manage your own caseload of residential property matters efficiently and cost-effectively
*Handle freehold, leasehold and shared ownership transactions
*Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, estate agents and lenders
*Process matters in a timely and commercially focused manner
*Meet agreed fee income targets and demonstrate commercial awareness
*Support and assist in the development of assistants and paralegals
*Handle client enquiries face-to-face, remotely and by telephone
*Use web-based case management systems effectively
*Deliver a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process
About You
We are looking for someone who:
*Has a minimum of 3 years’ PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer
*Has a proven track record as a Residential Property Fee Earner
*Demonstrates strong organisational and time management skills
*Is IT literate with experience using web-based case management systems
*Is commercially astute and understands the impact of business targets
*Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Is proactive, reliable and able to work effectively within a team
