Digital Marketing Agency | South Manchester | Hybrid
£30,000 – £35,000 basic | £8,000 OTE Year 1 | Up to £15,000 commission Year 2
A fast-growing, highly respected digital marketing agency is looking for a Business Development Executive to join its expanding sales team.
This is a new business, B2B sales role, focused on generating high-quality opportunities for the Business Development Manager team, with a clear progression route into a BDM role within 12–24 months.
The role:
*Outbound B2B prospecting via phone, email and LinkedIn
*Qualifying opportunities and booking meetings for BDMs
*Building professional, consultative conversations
*Supporting pipeline growth and sales activity
The package:
*£30k–£35k basic salary
*£8k OTE in Year 1
*Up to £15k commission in Year 2
*Hybrid working (South Manchester)
*Structured training and development
About you:
*You must have B2B sales experience (sector flexible)
*Confident, professional communicator
*Ambitious and career-driven
*Digital marketing experience is a bonus, not essential
