Office Manager - Supervisor
*Management and supervision of Reception .
*Administration of company car and car cash allowance schemes.
*Preparing and issuing fleet related reports within defined timeframes.
*Assisting with service contract reviews and implementation of new vendor accounts.
*Overseeing and monitoring vendor performance, ensuring that services are provided in
*accordance with agreed SLA’s.
*Vendor management duties
*Assist with upcoming projects
Key Skills
*Proven supervisory experience.
*Experience of car fleet administration, corporate mobile phone and service contracts is essential.
*Team player with the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders.
*Able to continually prioritise workload and multi-task.
*Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
*Project and vendor management experience. Able to develop strategic relationships and deal confidently with vendor Account Managers.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate effectively in a corporate environment.
*Highly proficient in the use of Excel and MS Office applications.
