About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our growing team on a fully remote basis. You will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, delivering a high standard of service to clients while working from home.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated conveyancer who is comfortable working independently, communicates well with clients, and thrives in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Re-mortgages
*Transfers of equity
*Handle files from instruction to completion with minimal supervision
*Draft and review contracts, reports on title, and completion statements
*Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
*Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
*Provide clear, timely updates to clients throughout the transaction
*Meet agreed service levels and deadlines
Requirements
*Minimum2+ years’ experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently
*Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer (CLC), Legal Executive (CILEx), or experienced non-qualified fee earner
*Strong knowledge of the UK residential conveyancing process
*Ability to manage a caseload efficiently in a remote setting
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
*Comfortable using case management systems and digital workflows
*Reliable internet connection and suitable home working environment

*Experience working remotely
*Familiarity with lender panels
*Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume conveyancing environment
