We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator position, for our Estate Agency client based in Luton.
The successful candidate must have 3 months previous experience as a Sales Negotiator.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You must hold a full UK driving licence with the use of your own car.
Benefits:

*OTE £35,000
*Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm

Responsibilities:
*Registering and qualifying potential buyers
*Generating and conducting viewings
*Canvassing to bring on new properties
*Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
*Preparing sales brochures
*Developing relationships
*Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
*Booking appointments
*Always delivering exceptional customer service
Key Skills:
*At least 3 months experience as a Sales Negotiator in the property industry
*High level of customer service skills
*Well-spoken with good telephone manner
*Well presented
*Target driven and ambitious
*The desire to work well in a team and be an excellent team player
*Highly motivated
*Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
