Job Description:
Sales Executive
The RoleWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join a busy sales team. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the full vehicle purchasing journey, delivering an outstanding experience while achieving sales targets and maximising profitability.
Key Responsibilities*Sell new and used vehicles in line with company and manufacturer standards
*Build strong relationships with customers through a consultative sales approach
*Manage enquiries from phone, email, online and showroom visits
*Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
*Negotiate vehicle sales, part exchanges and add-on products
*Accurately complete sales administration and documentation
*Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs
*Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and positive CSI results
The Ideal Candidate*Previous experience as a Sales Executive (automotive preferred)
*Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
*Customer-focused with a professional and confident manner
*Target-driven with a proven sales track record
*Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
*Good IT skills and confidence using CRM / DMS systems
*Full UK driving licence
