Paraplanner | Established IFA | Brighton/Worthing | Up to £50,000
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a qualified Paraplanner to join an established, FCA-regulated Independent Financial Advice firm with a strong reputation built over three decades.
The Role
This position offers a genuine one-to-one partnership with a Financial Adviser, providing the opportunity to be closely involved in formulating client advice and attending client meetings. The firm is seeking someone who is confident in their technical abilities and comfortable working collaboratively whilst also being prepared to constructively challenge where appropriate.
Requirements
*Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) qualified
*Strong technical proficiency across core financial planning areas
*Confident communicator who can work closely with an adviser as a true partner
*Ability to think critically and provide constructive input to the advice process
