Job Description:
Our client are a National haulage business, their primary focus is to keep the UK’s food supply moving and on the road, due to this, they have a vital requirement for a Transport Coordinator to join their team based in Bolton or Runcorn (candidate dependent)
Hours will depend on the successful candidate, our client can accommodate hours from Thurs-Sun dependent or part-time Sat & Sun. Operating hours on Sat-Sun are essential. This role can either be full-time or part-time.
The Role
*Full driver support for depot managers
*Deal with drivers experiencing vehicle breakdown
*Customer enquiries - Updates on delivery times and dispatch
*Deal with driver issues
*Communicate with customers via phone & email
The Candidate
*Fluent in English
*Transport administration experience essential
*Strong verbal & written communication skills
*Previous experience dealing with customers or drivers would be highly considered
£13.50 per hour - £15.00 per hour depending on experience
