Customer Experience Executive
Dorking, Surrey | Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day home) | Full-time
Up to £32k DOE
We’re a fast-growing e-commerce accessories brand looking for a Customer Experience Executive to support our customer journey and help improve how we deliver service across all channels.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded, customer-focused individual early in their career who wants to make a real impact and develop hands-on experience with Shopify and customer service CRM tools.
What you’ll be doing:
*Supporting customers via email, chat, and social channels using a CRM system (e.g. Gorgias, Zendesk or similar)
*Managing and updating customer orders and enquiries through Shopify (an advantage)
*Identifying customer issues and suggesting improvements to processes and content
*Supporting FAQs, website content, delivery and returns journeys
*Working closely with e-commerce, marketing, and fulfilment teams
About you:
*Experience in a customer-facing or admin role
*Interest in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and CRM/helpdesk tools
*Strong communication skills and a proactive, organised approach
*Keen to learn, commercially aware, and customer-focused
