Salary: £27,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £40,000+ in year one)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
About the role
We’re looking for driven, ambitious individuals to join our London team as Recruitment Consultants. This is a target-driven, people-focused role where performance is rewarded with rapid progression and uncapped earning potential. No degree or previous recruitment experience is required — we invest in training and development from day one.
You’ll work within the white-collar market, partnering with businesses to hire professional talent while building strong relationships with candidates.
