Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Technology - London

The Role
You’ll be trained to manage the recruitment process end to end, including:
* Identifying and engaging technology candidates
* Advertising roles and assessing CVs
* Developing relationships with clients and candidates
* Coordinating interviews and managing feedback
* Negotiating offers and securing placements
About You
* A recent graduate (degree desirable but not essential)
* Confident, professional communicator
* Motivated, competitive and target-driven
* Well organised with a strong work ethic
* An interest in technology or previous commercial experience is an advantage

* £26,000 basic salary with uncapped commission (OTE £40k+ in year one)
