Equifind are partnering with a growing hospitality business seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join their growing finance team. This is a key role supporting senior leadership, driving financial performance, and providing insight across the business.


The Role:
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the role will play a central role in delivering high-quality financial information and partnering with operational teams to support decision-making. The business has been growing year on year and has an open-door policy, where pay and progress is on merit


Responsibilities for the Finance Business Partner position will include:
*Producing accurate and timely management accounts and financial reporting
*Leading the budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and performance tracking
*Acting as a trusted business partner to operational and commercial stakeholders
*Providing financial insight to support strategic initiatives and improve profitability
*Supporting month-end processes and ensuring robust financial controls
*Analysing key KPIs and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
*Contributing to continuous improvement of reporting and finance processes
*Discuss progression / Levels of people they will interact with
*Ad hoc projects for CEO/CFO as requested


Application Criteria:
*Qualified accountant or Qualified by Experience
*Happy working in the office 3 days a week
*Previous experience of working in the hospitality sector
*Proven management reporting and commercial experience


Compensation:
*Base salary of up to £65,000
