Job Description:
GBR Recruitment are working exclusively with a general building company, recruiting for an experienced Plumber towork full time PAYE on various construction projects such as renovations, refurbishments, kitchen & bathroom fit outs, extensions, HMO’s developments, general construction works & more, so no day is the same.
Projects range from £20K - £500K.
Duties:
*New plumbing installations for kitchens & bathrooms, repairs & maintenance of water pipes, drainage & heating systems in residential buildings
*Working on water supply, waste disposal, cutting, shaping & joining pipework
*Dealing with leaks, burst pipes, faulty joints, drainage issues etc.
*General plumbing works
Attributes:
*Time-served experienced professional plumber
*NVQ, C&G, RQF qualified, ideally to level 3
*Have a van & tools
*Happy to cover a geographical area that is 1 hour from Lincoln, including Lincolnshire & some Nottinghamshire work
*Can work alone or as part of a team
*Some other multi-trade skills would be ideal but not essential
