About the Role:
We are working with a specialist law firm within the property sector to recruit a Client Account Manager to manage a portfolio of client accounts. This role focuses on the recovery of service charge, ground rent, and other property-related arrears. You will play a key role in ensuring cases progress efficiently while maintaining excellent relationships with leaseholders, managing agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of service charge and ground rent arrears, ensuring cases progress in line with internal processes and service level agreements.

* Liaise with leaseholders, clients, solicitors, mortgagees, and third parties via phone and email.

* Use internal systems and databases to update case information, monitor progress, and produce reports.

* Conduct property checks via Land Registry to confirm ownership and ensure accurate case handling.

* Respond to queries, disputes, and complaints professionally, applying tact and strong customer service skills.

The Person:
The ideal candidate will be organised, resilient, and confident in dealing with customers and multiple stakeholders. Previous experience in property management, debt recovery, or service charge collection is advantageous, as is familiarity with Land Registry systems, though training will be provided. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
Benefits & Package:
* Competitive salary of £26,000-£28,000, depending on experience
