Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Business Development Manager - UK & Ireland An established manufacturer of high-performance insulation and thermal solutions is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to support its next phase of growth.
This position goes beyond the company’s traditional flat roofing focus and is centred on unlocking new markets and applications. You will explore opportunities across sectors such as cold storage and refrigeration, flooring systems, timber frame housing, and modular/offsite construction.
Working at the intersection of commercial strategy and technical innovation, you will help translate product capability into sustainable new revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new market opportunities and non-traditional applications

* Develop and deliver strategic growth plans for emerging sectors

* Create compelling business cases, value propositions and market-entry strategies

* Build early-stage relationships with new customers, specifiers and project stakeholders

* Collaborate closely with internal technical, R&D, marketing and sales teams

* Support trials, pilot schemes and initial projects through to commercial rollout

Candidate Profile * Demonstrable experience in B2B business development within insulation, thermal or technically led construction products

* Proven ability to open up new markets, applications or routes to market

* Strong commercial awareness with a strategic, proactive mindset

* Comfortable working in evolving, growth-driven environments

* Confident communicator able to engage both technical and commercial audiences
