Senior Data Consultant - Operations & Delivery
Salary: £60,000-£70,000 + bonus
A fast-growing consultancy and software spin-out backed by a large, established organisation is hiring a Senior Data Consultant to lead delivery across consulting and product-led engagements.
The business focuses on improving operational efficiency through data, analytics and automation, alongside the development of scalable software products used across asset-heavy and property-focused industries.
This is a high-impact role within a flat structure, working closely with senior leadership and playing a key part in shaping how work is delivered to clients.
The Role * Lead end-to-end delivery of data-led consulting and product engagements

* Act as the primary client-facing lead, managing senior stakeholders

* Build delivery plans, manage timelines and coordinate multiple workstreams

* Work closely with data, engineering and product teams to ensure alignment

* Own execution quality and ensure projects deliver measurable outcomes

* Support new business by shaping proposals and helping win work

The Ideal Candidate * 4-5 years’ experience in consulting or a delivery-focused data environment

* Strong project leadership skills across analytics, automation or efficiency programmes

* Confident working with technical teams (data, engineering, product)

* High emotional intelligence and credibility with senior stakeholders

* Ambitious, organised and motivated by building something new

Interview Process * Initial 30-minute interview

* 1-hour in-person interview

* Final stage if required
