Lead Product Manager
Permanent | Hybrid | Plymouth, Devon | £50k-£70k | SaaS
Our client is looking to onboard a Lead Product Manager to help shape a newly formed product department. The successful candidate will bring strong experience in defining product vision, setting product strategy, and executing product roadmaps.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of a defined product area within a complex, regulated software platform. You’ll be responsible for identifying the highest-impact problems to solve, shaping a clear and effective roadmap, and leading the delivery of improvements that customers experience immediately.
You’ll work closely with engineering, design, customer-facing teams, senior leadership, and client stakeholders to balance user needs, commercial priorities, and regulatory requirements. This is a hands-on role, combining discovery, prioritisation, delivery leadership, and stakeholder alignment.

Experience Required:
*Proven experience in owning a digital product environment in a Senior Product or Business Analysis role
