360 Recruitment Consultant – Industrial Desk

Pertemps Enfield is looking for an experienced and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding Industrial division. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of a warm desk and make a real impact within a supportive, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities: *Full 360 recruitment across the industrial sector, including warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing roles.


*Developing strong client relationships through regular communication, site visits, and service reviews.


*Sourcing and attracting top-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and direct outreach.


*Managing temporary and permanent vacancies from job briefing through to placement.


*Ensuring all compliance, onboarding, and shift coordination tasks are completed accurately.


*Meeting and exceeding individual KPIs and revenue targets.


What We’re Looking For: *Previous recruitment experience (360 ), ideally within the industrial or temp/perm staffing sector.


*Proven ability to win and manage business through confident, professional communication.


*Organised, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


*Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.


*A positive attitude, results-focused mindset, and commitment to delivering excellent service.
