Sales Executive
Stevenage
£28,000 - £35,000 (Depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing
• Delivering a consultative sales approach to both new and existing customers
• Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads
• Closing sales confidently over the phone
• Engaging with customers face-to-face when required
• Proactively identifying and targeting new business opportunities
• Keeping regular customers informed about new products, promotions, and updates
• Building and nurturing strong client relationships
• Working towards monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
• Managing day-to-day client accounts
• Handling general sales administration
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 2 years’ telesales experience, ideally within a B2B environment
• Strong outbound/cold calling experience
• Consultative selling style with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient
• Demonstrated stability and longevity in previous roles
• Results-focused with excellent attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Able to work effectively under pressure
What’s On Offer
• Basic salary up to £35,000
