About you - SEN Teaching Assistant - Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
*Previous TA experience in UK primary/secondary/sen schools
*SEN experience is essential
*Ability to provide consistent, tailored support to pupils with a range of special educational needs
*Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of individual education plans (IEPs), EHCPs and targeted interventions
*Builds positive, trusting relationships with pupils to promote confidence and independence
*Adapts learning activities to meet individual needs and learning styles
