Wise May are looking for a Legal PA to join a US law firm based in the City. This is a great opportunity to work in a high end office in the City supporting Senior Partners across Litigation and Corporate.
This is a full time, permanent position with hybrid working (4 days in the office and 1 day working remotely) and the working hours are 37.5 hours per week.
Legal PA duties and responsibilities to include:
*Diary management, across multiple time zones
*Email management and archiving of emails
*Coordination and booking of complex travel arrangements
*Internal and external meeting coordination
*Document production and formatting
*Billing and invoicing of clients
*Managing expense reports
*Proactively updating and maintaining client information
*Filing, document management, opening new matters and archiving
*Other ad hoc tasks when required
Legal PA skills and experience required:
*Demonstrable experience working in the legal industry.
*Ability to work under pressure and prioritise
*Strong organisational skills
*Good communication skills; in person, by phone or e-mail
*Able to work as a team player
*Highly computer literate
*Proactive and practical approach
*Good accuracy and attention to detail
*Flexible and approachable attitude
