We are a fast-growing private clinic group based on Harley Street and are looking for a dynamic, highly organised individual to join our expanding team.
This is a varied, front-line role suited to someone who thrives in a high-end, fast-paced clinical environment and can confidently multitask across several departments.

The Role
You will act as a key point of coordination across the clinic, supporting clinicians, management, and patients.
Responsibilities include:


*PA and administrative support to senior clinicians and management
*Appointment coordination and diary management
*Patient liaison (in-person, phone, email)
*Managing bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups
*Supporting multiple departments simultaneously
*Ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations
*Maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality

*Highly organised with strong multitasking ability
*Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
*Comfortable working in a premium, patient-focused environment
*Previous experience in healthcare, medical, dental, or private clinic settings preferred
*Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
