Who We’re Looking For We’re eager to support Primary Supply Teachers who are:
* Calm, professional, and reliable

* Passionate about putting children first

* Proactive and confident in using their own initiative

* Skilled classroom practitioners with strong behaviour management

Early Career Teachers (ECTs) Welcome ECTs are strongly encouraged to apply. We provide ongoing guidance and support, including access to long-term placements that can count towards induction. Many of our ECTs go on to secure permanent roles through Academics.

What You’ll Need To be considered, you must have:
* QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

* Recent experience teaching in a primary school setting
