Company Overview Our client is a well-established, reputable IFA practice known for its personalised approach to financial planning. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Administrator / Junior Paraplanner to join their team.
Location & Work Type Preston (Fully on-site)

Full-time | Permanent

37.5 hours per week (flexible across Monday to Friday)
Salary & Benefits £27,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience)

Responsibilities You will play a key role in supporting financial advisers and paraplanners in delivering high-quality advice and client service. Your responsibilities will include:
* Drafting and tailoring client-specific suitability reports

* Preparing client files and documents ahead of meetings

* Conducting fund, product, and provider research across pensions, ISAs, investments, and protection

* Liaising with providers and clients to manage applications, chase pipeline business and outstanding fees

* Assisting with new business processing, quotations, and general administration

* Supporting paraplanners and administrators during peak times and contributing to a collaborative team culture

Requirements * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an IFA or financial planning support role

* Strong working knowledge of pensions, investments, ISAs, and protection products

* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to deadlines

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Team player with a willingness to support colleagues

* Part-qualified or committed to working towards the Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4)

* Previous experience using Intelligent Office and Selectapension is desirable
