Customer Service AdvisorLocation: Office-based (rural location – driving licence required)
Salary: £22,000 – £28,000 (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
We are looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join a supportive and growing team at our lovely client locally. This is a varied role where you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a consistently high level of service across phone and face-to-face interactions.
The RoleIn this role, you will:
*Act as a key point of contact for customers, handling enquiries by phone and in person
*Review and process changes to customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and excellent service standards
*Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services where appropriate
*Support customers through queries and claims, investigating and resolving issues efficiently
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge and work in line with required policies, procedures and compliance standards
*Deliver a professional, consistent and positive customer experience at all times
What We’re Looking For*Confidence using Microsoft Office
*Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential
*A full UK driving licence (due to the rural office location)
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*A friendly and professional manner, both on the phone and face to face
*Strong organisational and time-management skills
*A proactive, problem-solving mindset with good attention to detail
*Comfortable working in a regulated or process-driven environment
