We are currently seeking Cover Teachers to work across secondary schools within Swale Academies Trust in Eastbourne.

The role: * Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects

* Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment

* Ensure students stay on task and engaged during lessons

* Follow school policies and procedures

We are looking for candidates who: * Have experience working with children or young people

* Demonstrate confident classroom and behaviour management skills (essential)

* Are reliable, adaptable, and professional

* Are interested in pursuing a career in teaching or education

*Have a Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is required, or willingness to obtain one
