Job Description:
Experienced Property Manager
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Salary: Circa £27,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)
A well-known and respected property firm based in North Liverpool is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their established team.
This is a full-time role suited to a highly organised and proactive individual who is confident managing a residential property portfolio and working on their own initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing property vacancies and coordinating new tenancies
*Handling deposit releases and end-of-tenancy processes
*Monitoring and managing rent arrears
*Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors
*Processing and paying invoices
*Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
*Ensuring compliance with relevant property legislation
Key Requirements:
*Proven experience in property management
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Ability to work independently and prioritise workload
*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
*Attention to detail and a professional approach
