Customer Liaison & Operations Coordinator - Bolton (Blackrod Area)

Are you organised, methodical, and enjoy working with people? Our client, a leading distribution business, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their well-established team in Bolton. This is an exciting opportunity to support business growth and deliver first-class service to a wide range of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Daily communication with site managers and customers

* Process site call-offs and plan installation schedules

* Liaise with customers to understand and meet their needs

* Answer and direct incoming calls professionally

* Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations

* Carry out additional tasks as required by the Management Team

Candidate Requirements:
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritising multiple tasks effectively

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting business relationships
