Job Description:
HR Coordinator / Talent Acquisition – Immediate Start
Salary: £30,000–£32,000 | Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm | Location: Office-based with some flexibility
We’re looking for a proactive HR Coordinator / Talent Acquisition professional to join a close-knit HR team and help drive recruitment across a range of roles, from office positions to warehouse, hygiene, QA, and machine operators.
What you’ll do:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment: create engaging job adverts, conduct pre-screen calls, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
* Use data to inform recruitment decisions and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
* Bring creative ideas to campaigns, talent pipelining, employer branding, and candidate engagement.
* Represent the business at recruitment events and fairs.
* Support HR admin: onboarding, contracts, interview coordination, and compliance checks.
What we’re looking for:
* Strong recruitment experience, including social media and digital campaigns.
* Highly organised, proactive, and resilient with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively.
* International recruitment experience is a plus but not essential.
