Days | 39 hours per week | Early Friday finish

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Manager to join a growing manufacturing business based in North Yorkshire. This is a key leadership role offering long-term progression within a stable and forward-thinking organisation.
The Role: You will be accountable for the safe, on-time delivery of customer orders within budgeted hours and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing production teams and cells to ensure output targets are achieved
* Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety, quality and company procedures
* Supporting and mentoring Team Leaders, including PDRs and people management matters
* Driving continuous improvement using Lean manufacturing techniques
* Controlling overhead costs and ensuring accurate reporting
* Supporting contract reviews and liaising with internal departments and customers
* Ensuring data protection and security compliance within manufacturing areas
* Supporting NPI, trials, prototyping and process validation activities
Skills & Experience Required: * Previous experience in a Production / Manufacturing Management role
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Experience working in low-volume, high-complexity manufacturing environments
* Background in advanced manufacturing or engineering environments
* Continuous improvement mindset
* Strong communication and organisational skills
Package: * Salary: £48,000 - £52,000
