Our client, an established regional law practice, is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Locum Solicitor/Lawyer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work flexibly while handling a quality caseload.
Position Overview
As a Commercial Property Locum Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of work including buying and selling of commercial property and land, option agreements, conditional contracts, agricultural land, development work, leases and licences, etc. The role is to start ASAP for an initial 3 months, on a full or part time basis, and fully remotely if required.
Responsibilities
*Manage a diverse commercial property caseload.
*Work autonomously without direct supervision.
*Provide excellent legal advice to clients.
*Support the commercial property team effectively.
*Handle matters from instruction to completion.
Requirements
*5+ years’ experience in commercial property law.
*Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or equivalent.
*Proven ability to work on a standalone basis.
*Strong communication and client care skills.
