Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst - Maidstone Location: Maidstone, Kent
Salary: £41,000
Contract: Permanent | Full-time
A well-established asbestos consultancy in Maidstone is looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support a busy and growing workload. The role is primarily domestic surveying, offering a stable, well-organised position with strong benefits and long-term security.

The Role * Carrying out asbestos surveys, primarily on domestic properties
* Undertaking analytical duties where required
* Producing clear, accurate survey and analytical reports
* Ensuring all work complies with HSG264, HSE guidance, and company procedures
* Communicating professionally with clients and internal teams
Requirements * BOHS P402 (essential)
* BOHS P403 & P404 (desirable)
* Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor or Surveyor / Analyst
* Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and compliance
* Full UK driving licence
