Full Time | Monday – Friday | Office Based
Eaton Syalon are partnering exclusively with a professional services business to recruit an experienced Administrator to support a busy and collaborative office environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, organisation and being a key support to technical and professional teams. The office is easily accessible via public transport from Nottingham city centre.
Key responsibilities include:
*Providing day-to-day administrative support
*Preparing and formatting documents and spreadsheets
*Managing calls, emails and enquiries
*Coordinating meetings, diaries and appointments
*Maintaining accurate digital and physical records
*Supporting internal processes and onboarding administration
About you:
*Previous experience in an office-based administration role
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
*Professional communicator and team player
