Position: Assistant Manager
Location: Camden Town
Salary: £26,500 base + monthly bonuses (realistic first-year earnings £27,000-£28,000)

The Role As a Supervisor, you’ll lead by example, ensuring the store delivers an outstanding customer experience every day.
* Work pattern: 39.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am-6 pm, with evenings off and reduced weekend hours.
Key Responsibilities * Maintain and elevate customer service standards.
* Ensure company and brand standards are consistently met, following all health & safety guidelines.
* Achieve store and company KPIs.
About You * Enthusiastic and energetic, with a passion for delivering great service.
* Experience in retail, hospitality, or another service-focused environment.
* Proactive and self-motivated - able to drive productivity and your own career progression during quieter trading periods.
