Job Description:
Vehicle Technician
The RoleWe are seeking a skilled and reliable Vehicle Technician to join a professional workshop environment. The role involves carrying out servicing, maintenance, repairs and diagnostics to a high standard, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities*Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repair work
*Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
*Complete MOT preparation and testing (if qualified)
*Ensure work is completed to required quality and safety standards
*Accurately complete job cards and workshop documentation
*Adhere to health & safety and workshop procedures
*Work closely with Service Advisors and Parts teams
*Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
The Ideal Candidate*NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
*Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician
*Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
*MOT Tester licence (desirable but not essential)
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Good attention to detail and time management skills
*Full UK driving licence
