The role
You will sit at the heart of the client journey, supporting planners and acting as a steady point of contact for clients.
Typical day to day work will include
*Preparing client review packs and keeping the CRM fully up to date
*Managing LOAs, chasing providers and making sure information is complete and accurate
*Processing new business across pensions, investments and protection
*Working with lifestyle modelling outputs so paperwork and recommendations match what has been agreed with the client
*Monitoring agreed service standards and making sure nothing slips through the gaps
*Handling ad hoc client queries in a calm, clear and friendly way
You are the person who makes sure the plan on screen turns into real actions, on time and properly documented.


About you
You will likely bring
*Experience in an IFA, wealth management or financial planning firm in an administrative or client support role
*Confident handling provider platforms, LOAs and new business from end to end
*Solid understanding of pensions and investments, with DC schemes and transfers a bonus
*Strong organisation, task tracking and follow up, especially when juggling competing priorities
*Comfortable speaking with clients and providers, with an approachable and professional style
*High attention to detail and a natural sense of ownership for the work you deliver
