POSITION: LETTINGS MANAGER
SALARY: Basic + OTE £50,000
LOCATION: Bushey Heath
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Lettings Manager to lead and inspire our lettings team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic agency where you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service, driving business growth, and ensuring full compliance with industry standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Manage the lettings department - lead and inspire a team
*Build strong relationships with tenants and landlords, handling enquiries and negotiations. Oversee lettings administration, from applications to tenancy agreements
*Drive business growth through property valuations, marketing, and exceptional customer service
*Manage reporting and support the wider property management team
*Adhering to all relevant industry regulations, including housing laws and health & safety standards.
*Coach, motivate, and develop team members to achieve and exceed branch forecasts and targets.
*Contribute actively to the agency’s growth by identifying new lettings opportunities and promoting services to prospective clients.
*Support marketing efforts, including property viewings and lead follow-ups, to enhance the agency’s market presence.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
*Proven experience managing a lettings team or similar role within property management.
*Strong knowledge of tenancy law, compliance, and industry best practices.
*Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
*Ability to drive business development and deliver results under pressure.
*ARLA qualified – preferred
*Leadership skills with a hands-on approach to team management
