BRANCH MANAGER
Our client are a well respected independent estate agents who have been in business for over 36 years. Their reputation within the area is of the highest standard
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join their team and would suit someone who has proven sales experience within estate agency
The role
*Managing and driving sales performance across your branch
*Leading, motivating, and developing a successful sales team
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships with vendors and buyers
*Conducting valuations, viewings, and negotiations to secure successful sales
*Collaborating with other branches to maximise opportunities
About you
*Proven experience in residential estate agency as Sales Manager
*Strong market knowledge
*Confident, professional communicator with excellent negotiation skills
*Target-driven, organised, and proactive with a positive attitude
*Full UK driving licence
