The Role
As a Dispute Resolution Partner, you will provide expert advice on a broad range of disputes, including:
*Commercial Contract Issues
*Insolvency Matters
*Professional Negligence Claims
*Corporate Conflicts
*Shareholder Agreements
*Defamation Cases
About You
We’re looking for a solicitor with:
*Significant commercial litigation experience
*Strong leadership and mentoring skills
*A proven ability to develop business and expand client relationships
