This team delivers targeted project work to support customer engagement and communication across the business.

You’ll support customers on a range of topics including repairs, tenancy, and income. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll ensure customer satisfaction, capture feedback, update records accurately, and support ad-hoc projects as required. A flexible, customer-focused approach and strong communication skills are essential.

Working Hours Customer Care operates:
*Monday–Friday: 8am–8pm
*Saturday: 8am–1pm
Full-time advisors work fair and well-planned shift patterns within these hours, communicated in advance.

What Will Help You Succeed: *Excellent communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
*Ability to write clear, accurate notes of customer interactions
*Strong active listening skills with a calm, empathetic approach
*Resilience and a genuine passion for delivering great customer service
*Ability to work to deadlines with strong attention to detail
*Experience in customer service or customer relations
*Experience supporting or engaging with vulnerable customer groups
*Flexibility to work shift patterns as required
