Payroll Lead - London
Seeking a Payroll Lead for an initial 3-month contract within an Industrial Machinery Manufacturing company based in London. This is a critical role within our finance and operations function, responsible for overseeing and managing payroll processes across multiple international regions.
Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries.
*Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and tax laws.
*Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
*Maintain and update payroll systems and documentation.
*Resolve payroll-related queries and issues efficiently.
*Support audits and reporting requirements related to payroll.
*Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
*Provide strategic input on payroll policies and procedures.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in managing international payroll operations.
*Strong understanding of global payroll compliance and legislation.
*Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Experience with payroll systems and software (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP, etc.).
*Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
