Job Description:
HMP Erlestoke
Client: Facilities Services
Engagement: Contract | Day Rate
Payment: CIS preferred
Notice: Minimum 30 days
Location: On site only
What you’ll be doing *Escorting contractors and visitors safely within the prison
*Ensuring movement complies with security procedures
*Monitoring work areas and maintaining control of keys and access
*Carrying out security checks before, during, and after works
*Supporting facilities teams to ensure projects run smoothly
*Adhering strictly to prison rules, protocols, and safety standards
Must haves *Previous experience in a prison, custodial, or secure environment (preferred)
*Strong awareness of security, control, and personal safety
*Ability to remain calm, professional, and authoritative
*Good communication and observational skills
*Willingness to complete prison vetting and training requirements
