Sales & Marketing Support Administrator
Kettering
Hours - Monday to Friday 37.5 hrs (Office based)
Salary - £25 to £26k plus good benefits

Are you highly organised, proactive, and enjoy being at the centre of a fast-moving business? Our client is looking for a Sales & Marketing Support Assistant to play a vital role in keeping their commercial teams running smoothly.

This is a varied, hands-on position supporting Sales, Marketing and Estimating functions, ideal for someone who enjoys juggling priorities, communicating with customers, and taking pride in accuracy and efficiency. You’ll be a key point of contact for enquiries and a trusted support to multiple teams across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

Sales Support
*Act as a first point of contact for incoming phone and email enquiries, ensuring they’re handled professionally and efficiently.
*Gather accurate information from customers and log enquiries onto internal systems.
*Support the sales team with project-related calls and administrative follow-up.
*Assist with day-to-day tasks to ensure deadlines are met and processes run smoothly.
Marketing Support
*Assist with web order queries, contacting customers and identifying upsell opportunities.
*Send out product data sheets, CAD drawings, samples and brochures promptly.
*Support outgoing post and customer communications.
Estimating Support
*Register and manage new project enquiries accurately and efficiently.
*Maintain and update project information and quotation records.
*Monitor shared inboxes, responding promptly or distributing enquiries to the correct teams.
*Assist with quotation preparation, price updates and amendments.
This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, and flexibility and attention to detail are essential.
