About the Role
The Product Coordinator role offers a mix of account management, project management and commercial responsibility. It’s a varied role with multiple projects running at once, but also one where you can see work through from start to finish.
Projects often run over several months, giving you full visibility of the process and the satisfaction of seeing finished products on shelves you recognise. This role is well suited to someone looking to build a strong foundation in commercial account management within a product-led business.
You’ll be supported initially through a buddy and mentoring system, helping you understand how the business operates before gradually taking on more independent responsibility alongside strategic account support.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage your own portfolio of customers and oversee projects from product concept through to launch
*Research and build costings, pricing and RRPs
*Identify and research new customer opportunities using the existing product range
*Attend weekly internal meetings to track progress and manage timelines
*Take ownership of project planning, managing resources and key relationships
*Work towards shared and individual KPIs
About You
This role would suit someone with early commercial or product experience, for example:
*Buying or assistant buying roles
*Product, project or account coordination
*Commercial roles within retail, FMCG or product-led businesses
You’ll be organised, comfortable managing multiple projects, and keen to take responsibility while continuing to develop your skills.
