THE ROLE:
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside some of the most prominent names in the housebuilding and development sector, on a broad range of complex property matters. The role offers a diverse and engaging workload, encompassing large-scale land acquisitions, collaboration agreements between developers, disposals of serviced parcels to housing associations and other developers, funding and investment arrangements, strategic options, and involvement in major urban regeneration schemes.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Newly Qualified candidates up to those with one year’s PQE, with prior experience working with housebuilder clients being highly advantageous. You should be confident and driven, with excellent communication skills, a strong ambition to develop professionally, and a willingness to participate in business development initiatives.
