The Role
We’re recruiting a Client Services Account Executive to join a busy, customer-focused team. This role is centred around supporting clients day to day, ensuring campaigns are delivered smoothly and that a high standard of service is maintained throughout. This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who enjoys client interaction, organisation, and working as part of a team. Key Responsibilities include:
*Support day-to-day client relationships, acting as a point of contact via phone and email
*Deliver a high level of customer service across all stages of client campaigns
*Manage and prioritise a busy inbox, responding accurately and professionally
*Provide administrative and operational support to ensure campaigns run smoothly
*Assist with preparing client proposals, onboarding materials, and post-campaign reports (training provided)
*Use Excel to produce reports and maintain accurate campaign information
*Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to support timely delivery
*Identify and resolve issues efficiently, escalating where necessary to support client satisfaction
About You
This role will suit a proactive and organised individual who enjoys supporting clients and working in a fast-paced service environment. Key skills/attributes:
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
*High attention to detail, particularly with data and written communication
*Well organised, reliable, and comfortable following processes
*A positive team player with a customer-first approach
*At least 1 year’s experience in a customer service, client services, or administrative role
*Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (advanced features beneficial but not essential)

*Basic salary of £26,000–£27,500 DOE, plus annual bonus scheme.
*Office based in Marlow.
