Role Summary:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a well-established Lymington-based team as an Associate. The role offers exposure to high-value and complex residential property work, with clear scope to develop client relationships, contribute to team growth, and progress towards Senior Associate with structured support and development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing a caseload of high-net-worth and complex residential property transactions, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
• Advising on matters involving additional complexity such as listed buildings, large landholdings, tight timescales, and complex financial arrangements
• Maintaining and strengthening long-standing client relationships, supporting repeat and generational work
• Playing an active role in the continued growth and success of the residential property team
• Contributing to business development, marketing initiatives, and wider firm activity
• Supporting and mentoring more junior colleagues as your role develops
Requirements:
• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong residential property experience
• Background in high-value or complex residential transactions
• Interest in developing supervisory or team leadership skills (advantageous but not essential)
• Commercially aware with an interest in marketing and business development
• Excellent communication skills and a client-centric mindset
• Aligned with a collaborative, human-first working culture
